Each meeting will be opened with a prayer and the pledge of allegiance.

Yearly dues will be determined by the membership.
New members will pay a pro-rated portion of the annual dues based on
the number of months remaining in the fiscal year.
The fiscal year is from May through April.
Annual dues will be collected beginning in January for the following
year. Any member who has not paid
his/her dues by the end of March will be dropped from the roster. Active military personnel are exempt from paying duties when
they are deployed away from Jacksonville; there is no charge for guests.

No member may spend any club money without the approval of the
treasurer. Any amount over
$100.00 must be pre-approved by the club membership.

Four (4) cash door prizes of $5.00 each will be given away at each
meeting.
6.
Lending library is on the sign-out/honor system.
Books/video tapes may be borrowed for one month and may be renewed for
an additional month if a hold is not placed on the copy.
7.
The treasurer will purchase wheels and axles for the club?s Annual
Christmas Toy Project, as authorized by vote of the membership, at the
beginning of the year. The
Christmas Toy Project Chairperson is in charge of their distribution.
8.
The Nominating Committee, for electing new officers, is comprised of
all the officers and callers. Elected
officers are: President, Vice
President, Treasurer, Secretary, Membership Chairperson, Calling Captain,
Chaplain, Toy Chairperson, Properties Person, Sgt. A Arms, Show & Tell
Director, and Librarian. Each
officer may have an assistant of his/her choice.
The nominating Committee will meet in March for the coming year?s
office selection. Members will
vote in April to approve/disapprove selections.
Nominations will be allowed from the floor with the member?s
pre-agreement. The new officers
for the coming year will meet prior to the May meeting, to review the duties
of all the officers, interface with each other, and plan events for the year.
